An amazing journey came to an end today as a group of students returned from New Mexico and Arizona. During their 10 day sojourn they had so many experiences from being on top of the mesa at Acoma Pueblo to working  in the garden at Los Jardines Institute.  This once-in-a-lifetime trip opened up their eyes to the history, culture and issues of the people of the Southwest  as they were invited into the homes and communities of the people who live their. The EOY Ceremony was held today at the Glass Pavilion at John Hopkins University.  Students Zack Austin, Ashley Foote, Charles Joyce, Sierra Martin, and Ryan McCauley were honored for their completion of the program.  Also honored were college students Sara Ciulla, Ryan Gavin, Amanda McCarty, Kimberly Smith, and Matt Wendler. Tom Culotta was the Keynote Speaker and there were remarks from Lisa Gavin on behalf of the Board of Trustees and Linda McCauley for the Sponsors. The students took time to thank the many supporters that made their education and the school possible....
