Public Defenders Explain Gideon v. Wainwright

Today we had guests from the Baltimore County Public Defenders Office to discuss the 1963 landmark case of Gideon v Wainwright that guaranteed legal representation for all people accused of a crime. This right is carried out through the dedicated lawyers who work for the Public Defender system.
