Spring Planting

Even though we are still in the throes of winter, Greenhouse seminar leader Molly McCullagh and the students are preparing for spring gardens. Teams of 2 students each are planting early spring crops such as spinach, lettuce and rosemary preparing for our early April plant sale. The students are responsible for the care of the plants and chronicling their growth on a garden blog. Watch for details of the list of plants that will be available for purchase and the sale dates.
