Transformation in Progress
The little red school house is being transformed! We’ve had a problem for years with the brick on the exterior of the building wearing away and moisture wicking into the building, potentially causing a health hazard. After searching for an affordable and lasting solution, we settled on a product called EIFS, a stucco like product. The new surface will not only solve this problem for many years to come, but also improve our energy efficiency and give us a new look. We are thankful for the effort of all of those working to make this happen especially Ed Gavin and the crew at CSC Construction along with the craftsman at Carter Contracting. Though the building will have a new look, it’s the same great program. Just like we ask of our students, we do the best with what we have and work to improve ourselves to the best of our ability each day.
